What is architectural millwork?
Architectural millwork is custom woodwork built for a specific space — for example feature walls and wall panelling, reception desks, bars, built-in shelving, fireplace surrounds and custom trim. Unlike stock cabinets, each piece is designed and made to the room’s exact dimensions.
What is the difference between custom cabinets and stock cabinets?
Stock cabinets come in fixed sizes and finishes. Custom cabinets are built to your measurements, layout and style, so they use the space fully and can include any finish, door style, storage insert or hardware you choose.
What does millwork project management and consulting include?
One point of contact who handles site measuring, design and material guidance, budget options, production and installation scheduling, and coordination with contractors, countertop fabricators and other trades.
Do you price commercial tenders and multi-unit projects?
Yes. General contractors and developers can send drawings, specifications or millwork schedules and we will provide takeoffs and clear commercial pricing. Multi-unit packages are sequenced to match the site schedule.
What finishes and materials do you work with?
Painted, stained and clear-coated finishes, wood veneers such as oak and walnut, solid hardwoods, laminates and melamine, with soft-close hardware and countertop coordination for quartz and stone tops.
